The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across multiple zones, making it perfect for multi-generational families, groups of friends, or wine and food lovers looking for a true Tuscan experience. Top Floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each (ideal for adults or kids), 1 large bathroom with tub, shower, and double sinks. Main Floor: Entry lounge w/ work area, baby grand piano, library. Main suite with king bed, travertine span dual rainfall shower bathroom + additional bedroom. Annex Poolhouse: 2 bedrooms for four adults, or 1 bedroom + dedicated workout room with Technogym bike & weights.
