What is included in the price?
Your stay includes daily housekeeping, fresh linens and towels, and thoughtful welcome gifts and drinks. The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor areas are fully serviced and maintained — there are no hidden fees of any kind.
How do we get access to the property?
Molino Nobile is set among the vineyards and rolling hills just outside Montepulciano, Tuscany — only a 10-minute drive from the historic town center and its famous wine cellars. If you arrive during business hours, you will be greeted by on-site staff.
Can we have more than the max guests?
The property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, including children and infants, across 6 bedrooms. This amount cannot be exceeded, and to comply with local registration requirements, we will need every guest ID at least 72 hours prior to check in.
Do you provide cots and baby chairs?
Molino Nobile is exceptionally family-friendly. We provide:
-Cribs and portable cribs
-High chairs and children’s plates/ utensils
-Books, games, and toys
-Fenced trampoline, playhouse, outdoor play zone
Do I need a car?
Yes, you do need a car to fully enjoy the premisis, as basic services, while not far away, are not connected by bus and there are many hills.
What airport should we fly into?
Rome (FCO) is the most common, as it is the most well-connected, and is reachable in 2 hours.
Florence (FLR) is only a 90-minute drive, but is mainly used for connecting to other European capitals.
What are the cancellation policies?
Please see our full policies XXHEREXX. In short, your stay is fully refundable provided you cancel at least 30 days prior to your check-in date.
Are there facilities nearby?
Everything needed is easily reachable by car – several small grocery stores are within 5 minute drives, with larger ones at 10 minutes. Hospital is 20 minutes.
Do I need to provide guest information?
To comply with local Italian laws and to pay the guest tourism tax on your behalf, we will need a copy of every guest’s ID 72 hours before check in.
