Argiano Nobile is a restored former Tuscan schoolhouse set among vineyards and olive trees just outside Montepulciano.
The house now offers a clean, contemporary interior with a marble kitchen, open-plan living room, shaded terrace and broad vineyard views. It works especially well for families or mixed-age groups who want countryside quiet without being too far from town.
The current layout is 4 bedrooms / sleeping zones, 7 beds and 2 renovated bathrooms. There is no pool yet, but there is a brand-new XL jacuzzi with open views across the vines.
Ground floor access is relatively easy, with limited stairs and bathrooms and bedrooms that make it more practical for multi-generational stays than many older Tuscan farmhouses.
A private pool is planned for 2027. For now, the draw is the setting, the renovation quality, the family-friendly layout and the proximity to Montepulciano, Pienza, wineries and restaurants.
